Our story
One year ago we found the place we wanted to call home.
Our place was located in the countryside in a remote spot in the western part of Denmark and it was filled with beautiful nature and peaceful views.
It currently had three old buildings on it:
An old henhouse, a 200 year old main house and an old barn. It quickly became clear to us that these buildings were so worn and torn from the past that we were not able to restore it to it´s old glory.
Therefore our plan became to reclaim as much as possible and build three new buildings, honoring the old triangle.
Also, to make this happen, we had to move our family of four across the country to live in a new area, closer to family and old friends
We designed the three new buildings ourselves with a background of building two other houses and ond of us being a constructing architect. Then a skilled Danish architect helped us put it all together and draw a cohesive triad.

A tiny home to live in temporarily and use as a home office or rental home afterwards.

A middle-sized family home that met our hottest architectural dreams and fulfilled our family needs.

A workshop and carport to have a joined place to park and make all of our carpentry projects.
